The Prosit Guide , produced by ONAV (National Organization of Wine Tasters) , is a tool that collects and promotes Italian wine excellence. ONAV is a historic organization, founded in 1951, whose mission is to train tasters and spread a serious, informed, and accessible wine culture. The guide doesn't just provide ratings; it also describes and documents the wines worth exploring and tasting.
Our Rosso Armonia is made from grapes grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, a region whose volcanic soils and unique climate yield wines of great finesse and balance. The 2022 vintage produced an elegant wine with fruity and spicy notes, capable of surprising both by the glass and paired with traditional Sicilian cuisine.
